We decided a week before Grace was six months old that it was time for her to start eating solid foods because she watched every, single thing that we put in our mouths and fussed because we wouldn't give her any! Avocado was her first food. At first she wasn't too sure about it, but it didn't take long for her to start grunting at us when we didn't shovel it in fast enough!
Seth does a great job feeding Grace! I even think he may enjoy it :)
This sequence of pictures just cracks me up! She was starting to get tired.

And here are a couple pictures of her next food, sweet potatoes. She has also had green beans and carrots. So far, sweet potatoes are her favorite! And yes, she has it in her nose and ears.
And now she follows every bite with her fingers, just to make sure she got it all :)
