Visiting :)

We had a great time visiting Granny and Granddad Crum's house! Gracie enjoyed some play time with Daddy and Uncle Josh here.

To start our Saturday, we went Great Grandma & Great Granddad Crum's house! Miss Gracie was very, very wiggly :)

Then we went to Great Papa and Great Grandma Vi's house!

Finally, we went to Uncle Matt and Auntie Erin's house for dinner and ice cream cake (everyone except for Grace that is...although I'm pretty sure she would LOVE ice cream). We had a fun weekend and Grace did a great job traveling!

Just like daddy!

Because Grace sleeps in a sleep sack, I never know exactly how her legs are positioned, I just knew that she is definitely a side sleeper. However, as she was trying to fall asleep on her playmat this morning, I noticed that she sleeps just like her daddy (minus the finger sucking) and immediately ran to grab the camera! One leg straight, one leg bent.

Now, let's just hope she doesn't inherit this trait!

I just love my little family!!

This picture reminds me so much of Grace's Auntie Erin when she was little! It looks like Grace is either trying to hide her finger sucking habit or she is trying to hold her fingers in her mouth! I took this the other morning when it was time for her to wake up. Seconds after taking this picture (with the flash) she looked up, and gave me a huge 'good morning' smile, still with those three fingers in her mouth of course! So sweet. I have to keep her fingernails trimmed short so that she doesn't cut up her nose all the time while she holds her other hand.

Last Saturday

Daddy likes to make sure Gracie has plenty of toys so she doesn't get bored! I love her socks that rattle when she kicks her feet!

First Fever :(

Grace had her very first fever yesterday in reaction to the immunizations she got on Wednesday :( She is usually very happy in the mornings, but yesterday morning she just wanted to be held close. Infant Advil worked wonders, but the fever came back once the medicine wore off. Poor little girl! She seemed to be feeling much better when she woke up this morning and her temp was back to 98.6.

Bath Time!

Grace is usually happy during bath times. She hasn't figured out how much fun it is to splash the water yet, but she will someday. This first picture was from a bath she took last week. She had a diaper blowout which lead to the bath in the first place. I thought she looked super cute in her hooded towel that says 'Grace' on it, so I had Seth snap a picture. Unfortunately, I was peed on shortly after this picture was taken. yuck. 

This picture was taken after a different bath where Grace had a complete meltdown. She had to be read to and cuddled in order to calm down and feel better. I was more than happy to do that with her!

Love, love, love this ducky bathrobe! Not always the most practical, but she looks adorable in it!! We took these pictures after her bath on Tuesday night.

Spring Is Coming!

 Grace enjoyed our family walk! Apparently, Seth is a fair weather walker...he wasn't too thrilled when I told him we needed to go on a walk for Millie's sake when it was only 45 degrees out. But we all survived. Millie loved it and Grace slept the entire time underneath my coat! Grace also enjoyed wearing my fuzzy socks :)
